1. Definitions

STORE – Coyote ASG store.
CASG.PL – Internet store at http://www.CASG.pl through which Coyote ASG conducts online sale
BUYER – person using Coyote ASG store
CUSTOMER – person registered at CASG.PL.

2. General provisions

A)    Using the STORE constitutes the acceptance of these Rules.
B)    CUSTOMER is required to provide a proper mailing address, email address, telephone number, and to update his/her data in the event of any changes.
C)    CUSTOMER may not transfer to third parties any credentials regarding his/her account on CASG.PL.
D)    The goods being sold are presented on the CASG.PL website.
E)    The presentation of goods in CASG.PL is not an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code.
F)    Unjustified complaint results in CUSTOMER being charged with maintenance and transport fees

3. Orders and payments

A)    An order can be filed either in the showroom(Coyote ASG HQ) or via the CASG.PL website. In exceptional circumstances the contract can be submitted via the zamowienie@casg.pl e-mail address, however, each time a Coyote ASG employee must acknowledge the need to place an order using this method.
B)    Orders through CASG.PL can be placed by a CUSTOMER or a BUYER not registered in the online store. After placing an automated email service at CASG.PL will send to your e-mail a message containing the contents of the contract, and a link to confirm its validity. To confirm, use the link contained in a message or in exceptional cases confirm your order by phone.
C)    When placing an order, a person not registered in the online store required to provide a proper mailing address, email address and telephone number.
D)    The person placing the order is obligated to pick up packages sent to her and to pay for goods and delivery.
E)    Payments shall be made only using the methods proposed during the ordering process.

4. Delivery

A)    Deliveries are made solely by the shippers proposed by Coyote ASG during the ordering process.
B)    Delivery time depends on the shipper.
C)    Coyote ASG is not responsible for damage to goods during shipping.
D)    Coyote ASG will make every effort to ensure the goods are delivered as soon as possible and without any damage.


5. Returns

A)    The BUYER may cancel the sale of purchased goods without giving any reason within 10 days from the date of delivery.
Returns are subject to the following conditions:
- CUSTOMER will provide a proof of purchase
- Resignation will be send to the STORE in writing within 10 days from the date of delivery.
- Returns must sent within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- Returned merchandise and its packaging cannot be damaged or carry any traces of use.
- Cost of delivery and return shipment must be paid by the BUYER.
Reimbursement for payment for the goods is sent out solely to the BUYER's bank account.
B)    Goods cannot be returned if:
The goods were imported at the special request of BUYER
Goods have been modified at the BUYER’S request

6. Final Provisions

A)    Coyote ASG reserves the right to refuse to sell the product and to change prices for any reason.
