LiPo safety buzzer.

This device is used for voltage monitoring of the LiPo packet during its work.

Properly loaded packets are signaled with green diode. In case of voltage drop to dangerous value, red diodes ignite. If the cell voltage reaches critical value, less than 3,3V, user will be warned with loud voice signal and red diodes will start to flash.
